car radio connector for cd-changer

I'm looking for information about the connector sockets on a Philips 22DC461-62p radio head unit as fitted in a 2003 Renault Megane Scenic. This radio has an inbuilt cd-changer control but there is no cd-changer fitted in the car, and I have bought a used Renault cd-changer that I wish to fit. The only available socket on the radio is a standard ISO socket but the cable for the cd-changer has a mini-iso plug. Can anyone help me adapt the cable please?
