It can't be, but it is. The diode was already identified as a Vishay US1J.

You aren't trying to advertise a site affiliated to you by seeking for loosely related subjects, by any chance?

1337 can't be time, right? It should be the product number. But I did not find UJ1337 on the Jotrin website.

Vishay/General Semiconductor, marking UJ, date 1337 so it seems, but I don't know which type yet. See also https://www.mouser.com/pdfdocs/diodesgroupbodymarking.pdf

What SMD diode is this?
This diode is from a micro inverter of a photovoltaic panel and on the web I cannot find any information about it.
Are numbers a code?
