A more detailed description:
Carefully pry off the Philips badge.It is glued.
Then remove the ring-the ends are very slightly bent in when mounted at the factory.
Now you will see 3 tiny screws.Remove them completely and then it's possible to remove the mic element from the case.
Took some pictures,but sadly the camera stopped working.
