Loek,

Test eerst eens div meters met bekende condensatoren , hagel nieuw, waarvan je de
datasheets hebt.

Dan beetje een mix van very Low ESR en normale,
hoge en lage capaciteit etc.
Eens zien wat de verschillen worden op de div meters.
